When you use our contact form, we collect: your first and last name, email address, and, if you provide them, your phone number, company name, company type, country and message. We collect this information solely to respond to your inquiry and evaluate potential business opportunities.

Contact form and client portal requests are stored in our CRM system, Odoo, provided by Odoo SA, Belgium, which processes the data on our behalf in data centres in the European Union. Until a direct connection is in place, requests may be forwarded by e-mail through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which processes them on our behalf in the European Union.

We retain your data for the duration of our business relationship and for a maximum of 3 years after last contact, unless legal obligations require longer retention.
